How do I know if Xplore is available at my home?
Call or message us with your address. Availability depends on your exact location, and we'll tell you which plans you can get.
Can I get fibre?
Xplore Fibre is available in select parts of Ontario, but not in Northumberland yet. Send us your address and we'll check. If fibre isn't available, fixed wireless up to 500 Mbps is a great option.
Is the data really unlimited?
Yes. Xplore fixed wireless plans come with unlimited data, so you won't get overage charges.
What is fixed wireless?
A small receiver on your home connects to a nearby Xplore tower over the air. It doesn't need a phone line or cable.
How does installation work?
Installs are by appointment only. Our local team mounts and sets up the equipment and checks that your connection works before we leave. Xplore charges a $99 installation fee.
What if my internet isn't working?
Xplore has its own customer support team, available 24/7. Call Xplore support at 1-866-841-6001. They'll try to fix the issue remotely, and if a visit is needed, they'll book a service call and our local team comes out.
Can I keep my home phone number?
Most numbers can be transferred to Xplore Home Phone. Give us the number and we'll check.
